John is partner and director of Kepler Wolf. He specialises in commercial, IP and strategic advice for clients across the technology and media industries. His clients include cloud based platforms, digital agencies, marketing agencies, production studios and technology consultancies. He works directly with the founders and their leadership teams to help the business during growth and through to a clean exit for the founders and shareholders.

John is recognised for his commercial and pragmatic legal advice and is an advisor to SoDA and its global membership network, and also supports digital and creative agency network groups in the UK.

Michael specialises in privacy, technology and AI law and policy. His private practice experience includes working as a director in Fieldfisher’s tier 1 ranked Privacy, Security and Information law team. He has advised entities ranging from start ups, through to global companies and national governments. His experience working in house at clients includes acting as the head of global privacy and as a member of the legal leadership team at one of Europe’s fastest ever growing technology companies. As well as being a legal consultant, Michael teaches at the University of Edinburgh Law School and is a member of the IAPP's AI Governance Training Faculty.
